Product Overview 

Resistive-Reactive(Inductive)-Capacitive Load Bank is a professional three-in-one composite dummy load testing device that integrates resistive, inductive and capacitive loads independently. Also known as RLC load bank, 3-phase adjustable power factor load bank, anti-islanding test load bank and reactive power simulation load bank, it covers pure resistive, pure inductive, pure capacitive, RL, RC, LC and full RLC composite load modes. It supports continuous adjustable power factor (0–1 leading and lagging), which can fully simulate complex industrial power grid operating conditions including motor inductive load, capacitor compensation load and daily comprehensive power consumption load. It is the standard professional equipment for new energy anti-islanding testing, power factor calibration, generator transient performance testing, UPS and inverter full-parameter verification.


LINGDING RLC 3-in-1 load bank series includes portable mobile type and container fixed type, with full power coverage of 10kW–50MW. It adapts to global 50/60Hz frequency and multi-country voltage standards, with three sets of loads independently controlled and freely combined. Equipped with high-precision data acquisition system, intelligent PLC control and full safety protection, it has passed CE and ISO9001 certification. Widely applicable in new energy power generation, power grid engineering, laboratory testing, power station acceptance and high-end power equipment manufacturing.

Realize 0–1 full-scale continuous adjustable power factor, support both lagging (inductive) and leading (capacitive) power factor regulation, covering all industrial and new energy power factor ranges. Real-time monitoring of active power, reactive power, apparent power and power factor, with test accuracy up to ±1%, meeting international standard test requirements.

• Professional Anti-islanding & Dynamic Testing
Specially designed for UL1741, IEC62116 standard new energy anti-islanding protection test, accurately verifying inverter grid-connected safety performance. It supports steady-state static test and transient dynamic impact test, effectively detecting genset voltage/frequency fluctuation, UPS dynamic response and grid adaptation capability of power equipment.

• Triple Independent Control & Intelligent System
Resistive, inductive and capacitive loads adopt completely independent circuit control, with arbitrary power combination. Equipped with local manual, remote , PC upper computer and laptop control modes, it can automatically record test data, generate operation curves and export standard test reports, convenient for project filing and data traceability.

• Complete Safety Protection & Strong Durability
Built-in over-current, over-voltage, over-temperature, short-circuit, fan failure, overload and phase loss seven-fold protection, with automatic alarm and power-off protection in abnormal status. The whole machine adopts galvanized steel plate and anti-corrosion electrostatic spraying process, waterproof, dustproof and weather-resistant, suitable for long-term continuous operation in indoor and outdoor harsh environments.
