Product Overview

Data Center Load Bank( idc dummy load bank ) is a professional intelligent dummy load testing device specially designed for IDC data center power infrastructure commissioning, thermal validation and daily performance auditing. Tailored for high-reliability data center power system standards and Tier 3/Tier 4 facility requirements, it is used for full-load testing, heat simulation, aging verification and fault diagnosis of UPS systems, standby generators, PDU/CDU power distribution units, precision power supplies and backup power arrays. Different from ordinary industrial load banks, this data center-grade load bank features low noise, high precision, modular scalability, air/liquid dual cooling modes and stable long-term continuous operation, effectively verifying power system stability, heat dissipation efficiency and emergency switching performance to eliminate downtime risks caused by hidden power failures.


LINGDING data center load bank series covers rack-mounted indoor type, mobile wheeled type, stationary cabinet type , high-power container type and liquid cooled load bank , supporting both AC and DC dual-system testing. The power range covers 10kW–50MW, compatible with mainstream data center voltages 208V, 220V, 380V, 415V, 480V, 600V and 48V DC. It adapts to global 50/60Hz frequency standards, supports resistive load and customized resistive-inductive load, and meets hyperscale data center high-density computing power thermal testing and full-life-cycle power maintenance requirements.
